We have United Concordia Dental insurance through my husband because he's in the Army. Unfortunately it doesn't cover much, for example, it considers conscious sedation for a 4 year old to be elective. Do you know any 4 year old who will hold still while they fill a cavity? I don't think that's elective! Anyways, we need another plan to supplement ours so does anyone know of a good one that will help bridge the gap for us?
What dental insurance should I get?
Private dental insurance is very expensive and usually doesn't cover pre-existing conditions. But, dental discount plans are very affordable and can save you 30-60% off on the average. Also, most of them cover pre-existing conditions. You can choose from numerous affordable dental discount plans by going to http://bestfitdentalplans.com and keying in your zip code to see which plans are available in your area.
