How can i get dental care with no insurance?
Bring a great deal of cash, or a credit card with a big limit.

Or you can promise your first born....
Reply:ooohh ummm. research it on the internet.
Reply:U can't.
Reply:You will just have to pay out of pocekt. Depending on where you live, the state may give you some type of discounts or insurance if you are eligible.. and there are some companies you can become a member of (small fee per year) and get discounts on your dental and vision services!

Good luck!
Reply:Ask at the local social services office. Some counties or cities offer free or reduced price dental care at a clinic.

If there is a college nearby that has a dental or dental assistants program, they often have clinics that do care at reduced prices as part of the training of their students.
Reply:You can get any kind of dental work you need, whether or not you have dental insurance. This makes no difference at all to the dentist.

I will, however, make a difference of what you will pay out of pocket. Dental insurance, unless it is provided as part of a benefit package where you work, is not cost-effective.

Beware of so-called dental discount plans which are a multi-level marketing scam.

Either save up ahead of time, or ask for a payment plan from your dentist using financing from Care Credit or Dental Fee Plan. You'll need to have decent credit to qualify.

If you are impoverished, such as no ability to work, you may qualify for charity programs.
Reply:Easy math.

$75 per visit

2 visits per year

=

$150 per year out of pocket.

That's $12. 50 per month.

Can't afford it? Buy some floss, listerine and some Aquafresh.
Reply:You can get the work done but will be required to pay at the time of service--full price. Always call the dentist office first, just to make sure they are okay with it.

2. Call them up.

3. Receive dental care.

If you are looking for help paying for dental care, here is my standard list of suggestions:

Contact your local or state dental association and and see if there are any dentists who provide free or reduced cost care for low-income, disabled or senior patients.

Call your local health department and ask about health centers that provide dental care for free or on a sliding scale.

Your local United Way may also be aware of such a clinic. In some areas, you can reach them now by dialing 2-1-1 for "non-emergency information."

Go to a dental school, if there is one near you, for reduced costs.

Check http://www.toothwoman.net to see if low-cost or free dental services are available near you.

Check http://bphc.hrsa.gov and choose "Find a Health Center" to see if there is a low-cost clinic near you.

Check http://www.nfdh.org/DDS.html to see if your state has a "Donated Dental Services" program. D.D.S. is designed to locate dentists who will give free care to patients who are financially compromised due to medical problems. This is a process that will take a couple of months to get your information and then arrange for someone to see you. Not all states have D.D.S. programs.
Reply:Many offices offer cash discounts...but you have to ask. It saves the office time and money if there is less paperwork involved on their end, many offices offer to pass that savings on to their patients. Also companies like Care Credit provide low to no interest financing options for Dental treatment. Check carecredit.com They have a list of Dentists, Plastic Surgeons, etc. that accept Care Credit. Plus you can apply on line. There may be other companies that offer similar financing too. Beware of bargains in Dentistry, Dentists that are "desperate" for patients and advertise "specials or discounts" may not provide quality, ethical treatment.

Also check out clinics at Dental Schools in your area. The students are supervised and you can often get quality Dentistry at a lower cost.
Reply:You can get it without dental insurance, you just have to pay for it though. You can check with your state representative to see if their is any help for you in this matter.
Reply:There are some free dental clinics you can go to.

You need to find where they are.

And it is not that easy to find, here is a web site you can find some info. They may not have all the free clinics listed.

Thanks
Reply:If you have a college near by that has the dental hygenist or dental assistant program at it they have students that have clinics there and you can usually get it done without insurance. call the college and ask. its also discounted prices too.
Reply:Visit a local college that has a dental clinic. It is VERY cheap and great care by students who are under the supervision of dentists or professors.
