Is there any dental insurance that cover implants?

I know that normally tooth implants are not covered but insurances, but are there any acceptions? Does anyone know of any insurance company that does? If not what is the best dental insurance that you know?

Is there any dental insurance that cover implants?
There are very few exceptions! One plan I know for sure

covers implants is the eHealthPlus membership. The others

would be dental plans. Check them out!
Reply:some insurances do cover dental implants. like delta dental of california. i don't know if they have that choice for individual plans..but you should try and call.
Reply:Very few do you will probably do better filing it under your medical insurance. Most dental insurances consider implants cosmetic and unnecessary they may pay a alternate benefit.
Reply:Dental and Dental Implants surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her dental implants and lasik surgery in India by a company called Forerunners Healthcare. The Price for dental and lasik surgery is very less in India. She paid 25% of the price she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India They arrange Dental surgery, jaw surgery, lasik eye surgery, Dental Implants etc for foreign patients in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and magazines- about their patient stories.

They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low cost, as dental and eye surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
Reply:Most of the insurances do not cover dental implants. The dental work costs less in Mexico, India and Thailand than in USA (50% to 80% cost savings). There are many people in USA who go to Mexico (since it is closer to USA) for their dental work like implants, bridges, dentures, crowns, root canal, veneers, caps, fillings, bondings and more. You need to do your homework before choosing the hospital or doctor.

There are companies like Healthbase (www.healthbase.com) who does all the research, visit the facilities onsite and also arranges all the necessary booking with the hospitals, travel, accommodation and even sight-seeing. Healthbase works with internationally accredited hospitals (like JCI / JCAHO / ISO accredited) and doctors who have trained in USA / UK. Their website has cost estimates (free quote) and detailed profiles about the hospitals, doctors and medical procedures. Healthbase website also has information about medical procedures, medical tourism, dental tourism, cost comparison and much more.

They also arrange financing (medical loan, dental loan, home equity loan, etc) if needed. Healthbase is located in Newton (near Boston), MA, USA. Visit www.healthbase.com for more details.

Best wishes for your dental implants!
Reply:Hi, just thought I’d share there’s a company out there who’s helped a lot of people who do not have and need affordable health benefits. They cover regular office visits, specialists like orthodontists, any pre-existing conditions like diabetes and pregnancy and even ancillary care and hospital advocacy...seriously!! I know for sure your implants are covered as well. It basically includes everything you need help paying for. There's no high premiums, deductibles, co-pays, waiting periods, claims forms or anything like that at all. They can save you up to 80% on your out of pocket expenses for so much less than all the other companies. It could end up saving you a lot of $$ over traditional insurance. They have a medical plan as well as a dental plan that both include vision, prescription and chiropractic benefits. They have over 400,000 providers nationwide as well, so it is available almost everywhere. They are a wonderful company and are members of the Better Business Bureau. They were even featured on FOX News just a couple weeks ago. I know several people who have benefits through them, and everything they say about them is nothing but positive. It’s just crazy how much people are shelling out for their healthcare. I then also got benefits through them and love to be able to tell other people about how much money they can save. Try this website and you can check out the specifics and providers in your area. http://www.everyonebenefits.com/40424269... If your preferred provider isn't on there, he can be added. I hope this helps you and you find what you need. You can email me personally at airforcecontractnegotiator@ yahoo .com (we're military) if you have any questions. Best of luck and happy new year!!
