Im going to get braces, does Delta Dental Insurance cover Orthadontic work?

basic delta does not. you can however purchse this through them to help cover it. i believe there is a waiting period on it. you can contact them and they will go over any and all coverages you have questions on.
Reply:Most likely no. Best thing to do is check with your policy to see. If you don't already have insurance in place, there is also usually a set time period that you must wait before having any sort of major work done at all.


There aren't many insurance policies that cover braces. If you can't find coverage, and before you pay cash, usually about $5000 for braces, let me know and I can send you some information on an alternative source that can cut your out of pocket expense by about $3000.

Reply:My dental plan cover braces. it'll cut the price of getting braces down by half or maybe even more depending on your state. this is the number give them a call they sould be able to give you more information.
